Shipping Policy

Free shipping anywhere in the contiguous 48 states, and free returns within 30 days. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

When your pad arrives

Every pad is cut to your rug size before it ships, so there is a short processing step first. We cut and pack within 24 to 48 hours, and the pad is then typically 3 to 5 business days in transit. In a busy week, allow up to 8.

Both figures are business days, and the transit estimate runs from the day the pad ships, not the day you order.

Where we ship

The contiguous 48 states, with free ground shipping on every order and no minimum.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: we ship there too, but UPS charges extra for it. The additional ground charge is based on the size and weight of your order and is shown at checkout. That shipping charge is not refundable if you return the pad.

We do not ship outside the United States. If you are abroad and want one of our pads, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether there is a sensible way to get it to you.

Returns

You can return a pad within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unused and in the condition it arrived in. Contact us first at contact@rugpad.us or 1-833-RUG-PADS and we will send you a return label.

Returns are free. We email you a prepaid return label, there is no restocking fee, and you get a full refund of the pad price. Optional shipping upgrades and the Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico surcharges are not refundable.

If your pad arrives damaged, or is not the size you ordered, contact us and we will make it right. Full details are in our return policy.

Tracking an order

Enter your tracking number on the order tracking page. If you cannot find it, or the tracking has not moved in a few days, call or email and we will chase it for you.
