We are a rug cleaning company first
A rug pad is not something most people think about twice. We think about it constantly, because we are the ones who see how it ends.
Rugs arrive at our shop with the pad still stuck to the back of them. Crumbling foam that turns to crumbs when you lift it. Adhesive gone to glue. Cheap latex broken down into an orange powder that took the floor finish up with it. By the time a rug reaches us, the pad has already told us everything about itself.
That is a view of this product almost nobody selling it has. A marketplace seller finds out a pad failed when a review appears. We find out when the rug lands on our table five or ten years later.
Why we only sell four
There are hundreds of rug pads on the market. Most of them are the same handful of materials with different names on the label, and a good number of them are the ones we scrape off rug backings.
We would rather sell you the cheapest pad we make and have it work than sell you a thicker one that does not.
So we stock four, and each one exists because it answers a question the others cannot:

Something thin, that still grips
A flatweave or a kilim cannot carry a thick pad. It rides on top and slides. The All-Purpose is deliberately thin, and it is the only pad we put over carpet.

Something for the other eighty percent
Most rugs are a normal medium thickness and want a normal medium pad. The Superior is that, and it is what we sell most of by a wide margin.

Something that makes a hard floor bearable
Stone, tile and concrete have no give at all. The Premium is the thickest and densest we make, for heavy rugs on unforgiving floors.

Something that survives getting wet
Water under a rug is what causes mildew and damage. The Deluxe is an open weave that lets air and water straight through, for decks, patios and damp rooms.
What is not on that list is as deliberate as what is. No adhesive-backed pads. No foam. Nothing that turns to powder in five years, because we are the ones who would see it.

Pick your rug size and the pad is cut three inches smaller in each direction before it ships. No trimming on your living room floor, no pad showing at the edges.

Both ways, anywhere in the US. On a cut-to-order product that is a real commitment, and it is there because we would rather you sent back a pad than lived with the wrong one.
Someone answers the phone
Call and you get a person who cleans rugs for a living. Describe your rug and your floor and you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is that none of ours is right.
A five year warranty
On every pad we sell. Our manufacturer stands behind them for five years and so do we.
