What we can answer on the phone
These are the questions we get most. Any of them is faster to settle in two minutes on a call than by reading.
- Which pad suits my rug, and how do I tell how thick my rug is?
- Is this safe on my floor? Vinyl, newly refinished wood, radiant heat, an unusual finish.
- My rug is an odd size, or it is not a rectangle. What do I order?
